in my early 20s i used to lift 3 to 4 times a week and built up a lot of mass. in my 30s now, i dont have the time to get to the gym more than once a week. is lifting all the muscle groups in an hour of lifting, 3 to 4 sets of each better than not lifting at all if it is all i have time for?
i have managed to maintain some mass by doing this.
i do have time to do a half hour of running 4 or 5 times a week around where i live so i do this on top of the hour of lifting.
