Is there a way to purify radioactive water?

If the water is contaminated with radioactive particles, there are high efficiency carbon filters and reverse osmosis that will filter out the contaminants.

If the water molecures are formed with Tritium (T2O or HTO), then there is nothing you can do about it, short of building the same kind of systems (centrifuges, gasseous diffusion plants) used in the nuclear weapons industry.

I agree with the first answer and will add that radioactive water can also be formed from deuterium, D2O. It will stay radioactive as will T2O until the radioactive hydrogen isotopes decay.
