I'm in the market to buy a laptop that receive TV signals. I'm also trying to figure out how to record satellite TV on my computer. Is this possible. If so how?

The girl I really like has been taken for a wile but has since become single again. She told me she is seeing someone, only as a "trial" if you like, meaning she can see other people. We went out the other day and spent all evening on the sofa together, talking and cuddling and all that stuff. She didn't seem to pull away when I put my arm around her, but instead put her head on my chest and "snuggled up". Maybe a stupid question, but I was wondering...what should I do next?

I want to have the images on the right side of the text using CSS but at different resolutions the images overlap th etext causing big problems. I have been told that this is because everything is set to fixed widths and such and at different resolutions this causes problems.

How can I change the code to fix the problem! I am ready to give 10 points to the best answer!

Being new to css and html means that the coding is ugly adn not as efficient as other sites- things will be validated and bugs will be fixed one by one. But this is the problem I want fixed now!

Look at the page at different resolutions- res set larger than 1048 shows the overlap.

HELP!

I am not interested in re-working the entire site- there must be a way to do this.

So I am packing my bag for the hospital and It's already getting kind of full. Mostly because I made a bag of snacks for the nurses station since they help you the whole time and it's taking up a lot of room. So did anyone bring a bag for themselves and a diaper bag for the baby?? Or is that too many bags?

What's your opinion on her and do you think she has a chance? I pray to God she doesn't win. She's insane. Also, someone else brought up a good point in a different question: It really isn't a good idea to have a female president when we're dealing with countries who have no respect for women. We're practically asking for it.

As long as they are mainly celebrating the birth and resurrection of Jesus with only a little bit of Santa Claus or the Easter bunny "for the kids" then God understands.

G-d has a memory. Those who are His want to honor and worship Him in truth. According to His Word, how we choose to do so is important to Him. G-d tells us not to learn the ways of the heathen (Jer.10:2) or inquire about how pagan nations serve their gods.

"You shall not worship the L-rd your G-d in that way" (Deut. 12:31).

The broad, easy path that this world loves is paved with good intentions but it leads to destruction. The decisions we make in life as Christians aren't to be based on how we feel or Mom feels but how G-d feels. That's what you do to truly honor the one you love above all others.

I'm studying to become a Creative Writing Professsor. I'll be graduating in a year from college with a major in Psychology.

I know I need to go on to grad school to be a college professor, but how high a degree do I need to earn? Is it different for 2 year schools and 4 year universities? What about public and private colleges?

I got a ticket today. when the officer pulled me over he said I went on a yellow light instead of stopping (I did not pass after the light turned red) and also for talking on my phone. If anyone knows the new jersey law am I allowed to just say I was holding my cellphone (it was closed) in my hand and NOT talking or texting (I wasn't) . I was adjusting the sound settings and talking to my cousin in the passenger seat. Do you think I can argue this ticket?

i know it sounds weird that he is my friend, but he is RACIST. that is the worst thing in life for anybody. i keep trying to help him by getting him to hang out with my black friends (he is only racist against blacks). he doest hate them because of their color but the way they act. whenever he sees black ppl he thinks they are robbers who kill cops. he hates how they use slang saying "wassup homey" and stuff like that. he thinks everybody has to act white which got me PISSED. i wanna be his friend but i cant stand hanging around his racism. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIs. i have tried everything i can. but he wont change. AAAAAAHHH!!!

The Bush family has had long personal family ties with the Saudi dictatorship so I have to assume this would be their first choice. But we are making billions of dollars from Angola and China and now Viet Nam. The oil we get from Angola is nice and it’s understandable that our business ran government is user-friendly to them. But what is our excuses for befriending both China and Viet Nam, both countries that are still communist strongholds?

Why do we cast aside our moral standards for the immoral wealth of a handful of American businessmen and their political buddies?

hi. im 27 weeks pregnant with my first ;) and was planning on throughing a baby shower for a close friend who is 32 weeks pregnant. i was kind of shocked when i asked her mother if she wanted to help out because all she said was "well, its not as though we can afford to throw one for you, you know" i was left somewhat speechless since i am not throwing this shower for her so i can get one in return. my sisters are going to host mine. why would she say something like that? is it really so obviously inappropriate to be pregnant and host a baby shower for somebody else. please give me some opinions ladies as i don't feel it is fair to be treated like this.
