Who else is Excited about 2008 Baseball season?
It's almost over and for all you faithful fans to teams that didn’t succeed in making it to playoffs or even close this year ,what do you look forward to your team doing or changing for next year?
And.......
And what teams do you expect are gonna do alot better in the 2008 season?

I'm very excited for it since the Cardinals are out. I truly think that if Carpenter can come back next June, if Reyes, Wells, and Thompson get a break and do better in the spring training, and if we can aquire more pitchers, the pitching could be so much better next year! Not to mention we could get a new manager which could make it interesting.
I think the Cardinals, White Sox, Astros, Blue Jays, Tigers, Braves, and the Dodgers will do a lot better next year.

Can't wait for next year. We've got some young guys in KC that I think will be able to make a real impact next year - expecially since they should spend the whole season with the big league team and won't be bouncing back and forth from AAA to KC.
I'd like to see if KC can get another #2 or #3 starter, another 8th inning guy (in case Riske goes seems to go through long stretches of horrible 8th inning relief) and I'd like to see Butler play more 1st base next year. That way they've got room to possibly pick up a veteran with a big bat for the DH spot. Could be a really dangerous lineup in 2008

Gotta say -- for me it's not almost over. Whoever makes it to the post season has my undivided attention. In fact, until the last major award is announced, for me the season goes on. I look at at weigh this season's stats and events and I'm ready to start looking at 2008 about the time the year actually starts. Don't do a lot of thinking about it till then.

2008 is going to be a historical years, look whats going to happen in 2008. The 2008 Olympics in China, The Presidential Elections, The withdrawal of U.S troops in Iraq.

For sure I am! Hopefully the Dodgers can put together a better team than the garbage they have this year! And maybe the vets will SHUT UP AND PLAY! I have a good feeling about the young kid stepping up and going far :)

I'm a White Sox fan... so yes, I am very excited. It can't get much worse can it? I hope they will do better in 2008! They need so much.

Doing better will be the Jays and Reds. I know they have a great chance to improve.
