If you mean does it look like on ephysically -- the answer is Yes.

If you mean "do employers look at an Associates Degree the same way they look at a Bachelor's degree" when they see it on your resume -- the answer is No.

After all, someone who leaves Harvard after two years has a better education -- but is referred to as a College Dropout.

The piece of paper might be similar, but a degree from a community college will be an Associate's degree, and a degree from a four-year university will be a Bachelor's degree.

Mine does with the associates degree being only a bit smaller (in padded case size) than the bachelors and masters.
