I dont usually eat high fat alot but when I do about 45 minutes later i leave a healthy dump. I dump healthy morning, and had one yesterday morning and then yesterday afternoon after eating alot of ice cream. and had one this morning. can this mean that instead of the fat storing that im crapping it out? i do exercise alot, strength train drink lots of water and eat 93% healthy.

He treats me like sh!t. He's always trying to hurt me someway. Like today i got locked out of the house so i rang the doorbell, he opened the door a little and said "F*ck you fat piece of sh*t" and hit me with the door. I didn't get in till like ten minutes ago. Hes been a prick from as long as i can remember, he's 17, only one year older than me. My mom doesn't care, shes to afraid of him to do anything. He's a big pot head, everyone knows and my mom just feeds him money for his habbit. He's stole money out my purse numorous times. I know for a fact he's in a gang, because i went snooping in his room a while back and he had a gun in his boxer droor, and a knife in his bathroom. Im to scared to do anything because wth, i might get killed. He has a really bad temper and no one will get close enough to talk to him. He got arrested last year for trying to go after my dad, and we still dont know why. What do i do? Im kinda scared being in my own house.

My mom is 41 years old, my step dad is 34 years old. They live in my house on a army base. I've been married for one year most of that year they have been there. My husband is goin to Iraq in 6 months we need some time alone BUT my mom wants to divorce my step dad.(yeah my life is fun) BUT shes been saying that for 5 years. (They have been married for 12 years). She says she doesn't want to move out "i hate him." My dad thinks everythings fine. He was in a car reck so he's not all there if you kno what mean. What should i do tell her to grow up and get a divorce or tell them to move out? I don't want my mom to be unhappy. My husband is the best. I just want to be with him for the little time we do have together before he goes.(sorry if my spelling is wrong please help me)!

how does that even hold any merrit?? I would understand if they had polled soldiers, or Iraqi citizens. But asking a bunch of opinionated people that only know based on what they see on TV....who cares if I believe (based on third hand information) that the surge is or isn't working? How are you and I even qualified to respond to a poll like that?

I'm not trying to sound spoiled so please, no rude answers.

I got married about a month ago. Before the wedding, I recieved several gifts, and at the wedding we received a few, totalling approximately 30 gifts. I sent out 100 invitations total. I'm just wondering if this is a new trend, to not send a gift or card when you've been invited to a wedding. Approximately 100 guests showed up to the wedding, about 1/2 of the invitees.

I wouldn't normally be mad about this, I would be happy with just a congradulatory card, but most people didn't even send(or bring) that! I just wonder why people I spent time (and money) inviting wouldn't even acknowledge my marriage? These aren't distant people, some are my first cousins! I just don's understand how people can be so rude not to even send a card.

I know etiquette states you have a year to send a gift, but honestly, how many people receive gifts 6 months to a year later? I just don't get it.

want to cool off. I have a family member who thinks that running the fans keeps the house cooler. But why must you run the ceiling fan and close the door to the room. Plus I'm not 100% convinced that running 6 ceiling fans keeps the house cooler vs. the a/c moving the air and the cost of running the ceiling fans. So, whats more efficient? A/C plus ceiling fans or A/C plus ceiling fans only when you are in that particular room.
