It could mean that your just full of s@#it. Just kidding. I seem to have the same issue. I think the more fat in your diet the more waste you might have. I guess if you go enough times in a row it could be an aerobic exercise. That could speed the metabolism up.

no it doesn't mean that, it means you are putting stuff in your digestive tract that it can't handle so it tries to get rid of it, unfortunately you still get the calories from it, you just have the added benefit of frequent or loose stools for days.
You could indeed have irritable bowel syndrome, so you need to watch your diet more closely and avoid high fat foods.

If you eat high fibre (whole grain, fruits, veggies), you'll go more. If you drink lots of water, you'll go more. Sugar can speed things up too.

To slow down, try cheese, and things made with refined white flour.

ur body just has a fast metabolism, yes, but ur also giving it too many calories, so instead of u gaining it on your belly or thighs, it comes out of the basement, which is a good thing.

It's actually the fiber in the foods u eat that help your digestive system. That's why it is recommended that you eat foods high in fiber to prevent constipation.

It means your body is taking in more calories than it can burn. Some go to energy, others get stored as fat, and the rest......well......exits!
