If you have poor credit + no income and can't even have a basic checking account why do you need another loan on top of that? I have an idea, get a job, payoff your bills, fix your credit and you won't need any more loans...

I think some of your other answers are right, not sure you will be able to get a loan at this time. Try and budget and pay off your debts. Perhaps get some assistance from a free credit counseling service. Also, looking at some of your other answers-beware of loan scammers. Before you share any personal information, get a verifiable business name, address and phone number. The big tipoff is when the lender requests upfront money-that is illegal in the United States. Don't do it. You won't get the loan proceeds or see your money again. Good luck.

Instead of shifting your debt to yet another loan, pay off your debt.
Make a strict budget. Eliminate all the extras -- cell phones, eating out, new clothes, etc. Put every penny you can squeeze out of that budget on the highest interest rate debt, while making minimum payments on the rest. When the highest rate is paid, move to the next till they are all paid off.
Look for other ways to bring in more money to throw at the debt. Have a garage sale, sell blood/plasma, mow lawns, collect alum cans, get a second job -- pizza delivery has flexible hours and they always need help, plus you get the left over pizza.
If you work at it, you can have all your debt paid off in 2 or 3 years and have a have a good payment history.

good luck on your loan search...try asking your family for help on this one..
>Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.
LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not send money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any person or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If you do you will learn a hard lesson & never see any Loan money.

You don't need another loan. You need to act responsibly and pay off what you already owe.
