I dont live in cali...im in Ky..and im 19 so i have the luxury of driving while on a cell phone..but i would like to know how are they going to keep anyone from having a phone on them while in the car or texting or talking on it while driving?

My girlfriend who i met over the summer said she needed to end the relationship because I wasn't the one for her even though she told me so many times i was perfect and was a great bf for her. I would buy her flowers and write her letters, be there for her when she needed comforting, was romantic, got close to her family, opened doors for her including the car door ever time, lead her by the back, made sure that i wanted to pay for dinner and the movie every time, and spending time trying to think of ways to suprise her. She said i was the most gorgeous guy she's ever been with too. Basically making her feel special and like a princess how 99.9% girls out there want to be treated. I even let her know that when she wants time with her friends or family, i understood completely and that she should. Then she goes back to school (146 miles away from each other) but we said we'd see eachother on weekends and make it work. She breaks up with me cuz she says the feeling isn't right . WHY??!!!

I have a Windows XP computer and for the past couple of days, the task bar that is on the bottom of your computer is acting wierd. ( I think that is what it is called?) It is the bar on the bottom that has your start in the left bottom corner and time on the right side with other things that start up with the computer.

Anyway, when I put my cursor over it, it has the hourglass symbol and will take the color or shape of anything that goes over it and I cannot click on any of it. For example, when my screensaver comes on, the whole bottom is the color of the screensaver, or when my spyware tells me I have one alert to view, it shows that over that area. It has only happened for two or three days now.

I would love to have any kind advice that you can give me that will help me fix the problem. Thank you. I have shut it off and restarted it numerous times, and that does not work.

A husband complains to his wife that she is getting a bit 'loose' and to talk to her doctor to see if she can get tightened up a bit.

The wife goes to the doctor and tells him she would like to better her sex life by being tighter like when she was younger.

The doctor tells her to go home, take off her pants and stand over a mirror to watch herself doing Kegel exercises to make sure she is performing them correctly.

So she went home and did as she was told.

In the middle of the Kegel workout, her husband walked into the room and asked what she was doing.

She told him she was doing her exercises.

He told her, "be careful not to fall into the hole in the floor!"

I have 3 dogs, a Miniature Schnauzer, and 2 Miniature Dachsunds. I'm interested in buying bark collars for them, but I've used the Ultrasonic collars and they were worthless. I was thinking about trying the Citronella ones, but was curious is anyone had any luck with them. Please help, our neighbor is mad because the pups bark sometimes when we're not home! Thanks!!

ok my dad had a ticket from an officer the other day for speeding and usually on the ticket they make you pay the total amount if you sign that you are guilty or not guilty . If you sign not guilty then you have to go to court right! but my dad said that if you sign not guilty when you go to court the judges just ask you to pay half of the total amount from speeding ticket and it also will not reduce your driver liscense score because if you sign guilty it will reduce your driver liscense score and made ur car insurance go higher.... IS ThiS TrUe? plzzz coomment

What legal diclaimer or warning label would you post on Y!A R&S to warn the newcomers entering the website?

We have all see the classic: The Surgeon General has determined that...... is highly addictive......and can result in......so flee while you still can...etc. etc.

-or-

Warning: Such-and-such obvious behavior...will result in such-and-such obvious injury...and (fill in blank) entity will not be held responsible/liable...etc.

Mine would go something like this: Warning: Entering this website may expose you to someone with less life experience than you, less education and a lower I.Q. who will call you and your entire class of people stupid.

time a catholic didn't go to mass and people were wondering where they were or even contacted them to ask why they didn't come or when someone new comes to mass who notices... well this is the opposite in protestant churches where they basically monitor you, it might be the churches I attended growing up but iv notice this, which steps on the line of cultism

do you like riding English or Western? I love to to western because the ppl are a lot nicer. When you go somewhere that has English riding, they are so snobby, while when I go to a western barn they are so nice and willing to help out. I also like western because it is all about speed and fun and so laid back, while with English you have to sit up right and hold the reins right and everything. What do you like better?

Hi! how come u fans that hate the yankees say the 26 world series wins doesn't mean anything? and then u say that our 26 is less than your whatever your team has? I don't get that! I have a dark blue carpet in my entire apt. but i dont know what color to paint my walls.I want a warm color. I am not going to change the carpet but I would like colors to match it. It is a large space. I have a den, living room, and dinning room (they are all somewhat connected) and i would like to have different colors that blend nicely.
