I have not done it but, yes, it can be done. It's a breeding of half siblings. If you know the bloodlines better than your own and you know there are no hidden health problems just waiting to be brought out, it isn't a 'bad' breeding. The risks of bringing out some inheritable weakness that is a recessive gene is there and one better be ready to deal with it if they decide to do this breeding.

It's not the worst breeding you could do.. but you really should know your dogs, the dogs in your pedigree, and the results of health testing for both dogs and at least a couple generations back.
It's not a science project.. Breeding is something you do using the knowledge you have about the dogs you have in your pedigree.. Just the fact that they are 1/2 brother/ sister, doesn't mean that they are both without health problems. Test them both for your breed's specific health issues.
You should talk to the breeder you got your dogs from, see what she says about your combination.

Can two human half-brothers (with different fathers) get their mother pregnant?
Yes.
But it wouldn't be a very wise (or ethical) thing to do, would it?

I would not condifer doing this unless you are a very experienced breeder who knows their lines as you could be doubling up on problems...
