because im very confused about the plebe summer thing, im want to become a JAG officer not a midship , can i take law at the academy

Midshipman is what the navy calls a cadet. Everyone at the academy is a midshipman until graduation at which time you would be commissioned as either a 2LT or Ensign depending on which way you decided to go. That is when you would become a JAG, not while in the Academy.

EVERYONE who attends the Naval Academy is a Midshipman, its the title they are given until they graduate and are Commissioned.

whether or not you will be allowed to attend Law School afterwards, I do not know. you will NOT become a Lawyer from the Academy.

anyone who attends the Naval academy is a midshipman, just as anyone attending West point is called a cadet.
The Naval academy does not have a law school, and therefore cannot grant a law degree.
