If you are in the US, rejecting an offer of settlement is not bad. As long as you are unable to work, and have a doctor's excuse to be off work, the W/C carrier has to pay your temporary total disability payments.

Just wait for the next offer. Also you must get an attourney. The settlement must be enough to compensate your injury and any limitations it represents for future employment. The attourney gets 33 percent of the settlement. But without an attourney you will get your medical payed and not much else.

basically 2 years in the past. Wow, you're fortunate. Mine has been occurring considering that 2002. Your lawyer could be waiting to grant you some innovations of settlements and their quantities. PLEASE do no longer say you haven't any longer have been given an lawyer.

It sounds like you need the advice of someone who handles Workers Comp appeals, don't do anymore on your own, until you talk to someone.
