I'm an extremely active 14 year old girl who used to eat a TON of food but never gained a pound. Now I put myself on a diet because I wasn't happy with the way I looked...just to lose a few pounds. I lost 13 but since then....I've gained four and still working my way up to five!!! I eat ridiculously healthy though. Cucumbers, carrots, spinache, milk, peaches, apples, bananas, grapes (all fruits imaginable) low calorie yogurts, oatmeal, lean meats etc....are all a part of my daily diet. How can I lose those pounds and keep them lost??
