Time and Space are related. The more you move through space, the less you can move through time.
For example, if you're moving at the speed of light, which is the fastest speed possible, time is not moving for you at all. If you're moving in a airplane, you're not quite moving at the speed of light, but still, you're moving at a relatively high speed and time will be moving slower for you.

What all the previous answerers missed was that time is relative. Even is we go close to the speed of light, then to an outside observer time will appear to slow down for us. But for us time wouldn't appear/feel to go slowly. It will still be going at the same rate. Only after we have come out(the spaceship) and we check our atomic clock will we see that there is a difference. The more we accelerate to the speed the more will there be time dilation.

I seen a show about this on the discovery channel, where some scientists tested time changes like this, they were inside a jet going the speed of sound with two watches set eactly the same as the testing device. when the jet landed the clocks were several seconds off. So there was a difference in the time, the persons time in the jet was going faster.

Silence may well be utilized to place across a message or emotion, and in that experience it is almost a language because of the fact it facilitates communique or comprehend-how between 2 events. that is not, in spite of if, as complicated as usual languages are, nor can that is used to place across particular complicated recommendations the way spoken or written languages can. collectively as you would be waiting to infer a reaction or a feeling from somebody in keeping together with his/her silence, we does no longer additionally be waiting to talk Shakespeare or no rely if or no longer silence is a language utilising silence on my own. interior the occasion you reported approximately Vinobaji, I accept as true with the submit that suggested it become purely an excuse to no longer do an interview. except the interview is written out, then silence is purely no longer an selection for an interview.

If you can imagine this: we are moving through spacetime at the speed of light all of the time. That is, we are moving through both space and time.
It is easy to sit still and imagine time going by at the speed of light with space standing still. Tick tock on the clock. It is a lot harder to imagine the other way around; space going by at the speed of light and time standing still, but that's how if would be if there was a way to travel at the speed of light. There would be no passage of time.

well...its all relative u see...if u are in a transparent plane...flying over a guy holding a telescope...and u accidentally drop ur wallet on the floor of the plane...u will simply see the wallet falling straight down whereas for the guy below...he would see it falling diagonally due to the velocity of the plane...the diagonal path of the fall is longer than that of it witnessed by u...that difference in time is the amount that had slowed down...so if we are talking abt spaceships...due to its vast speed relative to the earth...we would witness greater time dilation...hope it helped u understand better...

if you are matter:
when you are standing still, time passes.
when you are moving, time still passes, but not as fast.
the speed of time is actually C the so called speed of light. Because of their simple structure, PHOTONS attach to time.
If you are a photon:
no time passes because you are moving along with it.
