im 15. parents paid 2 grand for my backbrace. i got it today. i refuse to sleep with it on. it uncomfortable. i only wear it at night. i have scoliosis. it getting bad. if i wear it, it will help my back. my mom says i have to wear it. she checks on me every hour to make sure i have it on. well im in my room and i dont have my back brace on. if i dont wear it, i need surgery. help its not comfy. im not wearing it. i guess my parents wasted their money. the doctor said wear it. i tried sleeping with it for three hours and i cant sleep. so im sneaking and taking it off. i dont care about my backaches!

I know that I'll want to spend more time in some of these places than others...but, I want to visit them all. I'll be in Rome for 8 days (I know, not much time but it's all I could afford) and want to see them all. So, how should I schedule my time? Thanks!

So I had a date with a guy about 3 weeks ago and it was great or so I thought. The next day he called and we talked for a couple of minutes then he said he would call me later well that was about 3 weeks ago. He didn't text me for a couple of days after that night so I asked him what was up and he claimed that his phone was messing up. I decided to give him some space and let him enjoy a trip he was taking with his family well the whole week while he was away on his trip he text me and now he stopped again im a little confused as to why he is acting this way. I decided to stop sending him any text just like he did so what would you guys recommend? If he starts with the text again should I just move on I mean it's really bothering me. He is single so I know it's not about a wife/gf thing.

my matron of honor has not spoken to me in over 3 weeks, she is mad because I did not want her throwing me a bridal shower at my new house that my finance has under construction. and it was only to be a small number of people. I had told her to go in on the one my nieces(both in the wedding) and the family is throwing since most people would already be at that one.
I have tried to open the communication lines with her but with no luck
her husband is the best man and will not respond to my fiance either
I have been told to find someone else to fill her spot, but i am at a lost

This guy and I've been really good long-distance friends (have spooned before we separated for the summer) for these past two months. We'll meet soon next month, but we will have only a month with each other before we separate again...this time for a whole year (one of us is going overseas). Neither of us wants to ask each other out - Well, I don't know how the guy thinks about me, but even if I want to ask him out, I can't, because I know there will be a year of virtually no opportunity to meet him. If we start anything emotional right now, it will definitely be risky...and difficult. All I can say is: there is attraction but - because separation is impending - both parties cannot commit and instead can only choose to be sort of like "friends with benefits" (though emotion & loyalty are there) for the short period of time that they can be together. Can we still be friends with benefits when - heh - at least I am afraid that this fragile bond of loyalty and attraction might break?

Although some truths can be gleaned from the Bible, I don't think it would be possible for any physical object to be inerrant. After all, if a person or group of persons recieved a vision from God, the biases and limited intellects of these people will result in a some loss of information as the recollection of the event is put down in these people's original language. A further loss of information would occur as the original language itself changes and its original meaning distorted as it is translated into other languages. The Ancient Hebrew and Aramaic Old Testament is closer (but not exact) to the original meaning of the visions and revelations as well as the original Classical Greek books of the New Testament.

Do you own twins? boy/girl twins? or Irish twins like myself. My 2 kids are 12.5 months apart in age. They slept in their own rooms until this recent move in late April/may. They are 2.5/3.5 yrs old. boy and girl. They refuse to sleep in separate rooms, much less diff beds. They sleep in a double bed...and since they actually hate touching ea other, I have the bed turned so that they sleep in it horizontally, so it is wider..and shorter, but since kids..they don't notice the length. and have a body ,long pillow down the middle, so they won't bump into one another, cos they hate that. However, they won't sleep alone, no matter what I try.
Is this weird? and at what age do you think I should 'make' them sleep alone?
I mean they see mommy n daddy sleep together..so it has to be hard on their brains to understand why they have to sleep alone.
Parents of siblings only respond or will get a thumbs down.

The judge said she got the car in our division of property Feb. 2002 . I made car payments till May 2002 because my contact info was the only they had. My-ex and I didn't talk for those months, in may I got a hold of her and told her to start making the payment and never looked back, I guess she changed the contact info, the end result was the car got repo'ed. This affected my credit. I found out it was on my report in May 2003 and called wells fargo. They said they would remove the repo from my credit report and gave me a letter that states, account was paid in full after I gave them a check for over a grand. I was 20years old, would have did it different now. Now in 2007 the repo still stands and wells fargo says it's a valid repo and will continue being reported till 2008. Any way to fix this?

I have a job interview for the new Kohl's that is hiring (located in my town). I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for job interviews, being that this is my first one and I am a bit nervous since it is a group interview. My daughter will be 8, and in the second grade this fall. We have participated in Girl Scouts as a Daisy, and then as a Brownie. Those were not great experiences, as the first leader was a dud and not good with the children at all. The second year, we worked hard selling cookies, and ended up with nothing due to a dishonest parent and mismanaged money/cookies. I am about to give up finding a decent troop for my daughter to grow up with, but she is set on being a Girl Scout.

I have been called crazy or weird for most of my life. I dress like anyone else, I shower regularly, keep my house clean, and am pretty much normal except for, apparently, they way I think, or the way I speak, the ideas I have. I am curious. I wonder, since most of us are regulars to the philosophy section, perhaps we have something in common. Have you ever been called crazy, or weird? Why do you think that is?
