why isnt he responding?

I just wrote this email to an ex who im still in contact with everyday. We went out for 2 months and he finished with me 2 months ago. Hes said for various reasons but he has also said how quiet i am. Hes just strated seeing someone else. I sent him the following email this morning and he hasnt responded.
