No that's not normal.

I suffer from fatigue and stress and I can literally only sleep for 2-4 hours at a time (I don't think that's normal either).

Could be any number of things: Depression, Medication, Anxiety....more info needed.

Its not normal if it is done on a regular basis, but a one time thing isn't anything to worry about.
I would however, take a close look at my life/lifestyle and see what brought it on. For instance: do you work a lot of hours or at a stressful job, are you in a stressful relationship, single mom, financial woes, etc. You get the idea.
It sounds lame, but vitamins are very, very important and so is eating well. A few years ago I realized that I couldn't live like I had been in my 20's. As you get older you need more rest, You can't just eat anything you want or eat on the run, and you definitely must have some serenity in your life.
What is normal is for women to avoid these changes and not adjust and make time for themselves, but we find it is necessary. Sounds like you are exhausted and need a break. Take one, you just may feel much better.
Good Luck to you.

Chronic pain causes stress and great fatigue! I have trouble sleeping most nights so when it catches up with me, I often sleep a night and day. Then it's back to my routine of NOT sleeping well.
