WOW thats good!! i'm very interested, and feel the same, although i'm 4 years older than you =] its hard to be taken seriously when you're so young, but if you persist and have what it takes, then you'll be fine! i look forward to reading one of your novels one day, keep it up! =D

Fictionpress.com is a website where you can post your writing. This includes stories of any and every genre, poetry, songs, essays, etc.... People will comment and stick with you as you post your chapters up if you're really good. You do have to be at least 13 to get a penname and register and everything, just so you know, but this is something to consider, especially because unless you tell people in your author profile your age (which I don't recommend because it is dangerous), they won't know if a 12 year old or a 30 year old wrote it. For fanfiction, you can go to fanfiction.net.

I'm going to give you some constructive critisism to work with for the piece: Maybe give your character a name, because I couldn't help noticing there was a lot of "she" in it. Also, try not to end with "it was just a dream" thing that many others do. However, it was a good descriptive piece, and you could be a writer within a few years if you contact the right people!

I think you're very talented. I believe there are magazines that have the purpose of publishing the writings of young people. Do some investigation and find out. Also, look for writing contests that you might enter. Another idea -- gather up several of your stories and send them to a publishing company -- you never know, they might accept them for publication.

If you really are twelve, that is very good :) I'd put you above my best writers (who are eleven). You certainly have a far higher ability in imagery than my students. The mental images created by your work are very good.

Normally, I'd give you a well-rounded critque, but I'm in the middle of marking thirty-odd creative writing pieces and I'm a little tapped out. Sorry. :(

You bet people would be interested in your writing. Don't ever think you're too young or too old to follow your dream!

it depends, i started writing when i was 8 and people liked reading them. writing does not depend on your age (age also matters cos when your older you tend to write matured things. my advice for you is to write about things within your age group.
