My son will be 2 1/2 on the 11th. He's stayed the night w/ my parents but we've never been apart longer than that. My parents are wanting to take him with them and his 2 cousins (3 & 5) to the zoo and beach but they will be gone for 3 days. There's no way I can take off to go and I'm a little nervous about him being gone that long. My parents are great people and will take very good care of them. I take my son on mini-vacations all the time so it's not like he doesn't do this kind of thing fairly regularaly. But, he will be with his cousins this time. He's a momma's boy and I'm afraid 3 days will be too hard for him, not to mention, hard on me. Would you let him go?

My question is what would be the original explanation that made this rule of 'debit what comes in .. credit what goes out.. credit the giver. debit the receiver... debit expense... credit incomde....' Was this all by dumb chance or are there any good acceptable explanation behind.. At least one thing what I can't find an answer for , as an engineer, is when you receive cash your accounting books increase the cash-account by debitting it!?!. The word DEBIT comes from latin DEBT which means to owe , so, How would money received for sales become a 'debit' ? or Are the accountants just use the terminology DEBIT/CREDIT instead of saying enter on Left-hand-side (LHS)/ Right-hand-side.(RHS) . Saying LHS/ RHS for me would be more sensible and less confusing... Any explanation to this .. Please help me understand

I got a bag as a present that can carry all or most of my personal gadgets (WD 160GB hard drive, PDA, iPod nano, headphones, digital camera). As a mother I am heartbroken for my daughter who cried herself to sleep. As a wife for my husband who felt like it was his fault because he couldn't save the puppy. We can afford for my step son not to get a summer job or work when he is at college but will the fact that he spent his summers not doing anything and has no job history hurt him after college when he applies to grad school or applies for a job?

Quite frequently on this site it appears that there are huge numbers of far left-wingers . But then when listening to liberals on TV debate a point it turns out that many of them are far more moderate than their counterparts on Y/A . I still disagree with most of their viewpoints , but I also see more rational arguments from them .
So why is that ?
Are the liberals on here less representative of the liberals in our country as a whole ?
Are there liberals from other countries posing as American liberals on this site ?

Or do liberals on this site defend most anything from another liberal whether they agree with it or not ?

They usually work for the companys based in cananda that come into the us.The main places I see them are along Interstate 5 in california and in texas around the mexican bordor.Im not talking western looking ones.I mean ones with long beards.I see them washing there beards in the truck stops and hanging out in groups with each other.Im fresh out the army maby Im just being being parinoid?Would this bother you?

How early can you start showing symptoms? I had a miscarriage two months ago and my periods are not regular yet but I did the ovulation calculator and it said that I should ovulate around the 3rd or 4th. My husband and I had been having sex right after my period and all the way up the 3rd. A little more than a week before I am scheduled to ovulate I started throwing up at least once a day, my boobs hurt, I have been constipated, and having head aches. Could I be pregnant again? Please Help!

hi - I am a heavy computer user, and I have been seen for glaucoma for a few years now. My last checkup went better, in part because I finally started using the eye drops...

but the computer screen causes me all kinds of trouble, I've upgraded monitors tried glare screens, played with my settings, pretty much everything. my eyes still hurt every time i use the computer. I tried changing my position, distance, everything.

in the past I had special computer glasses I dont know if that would help.

It seems that the pressure added with the computer makes for not a great situation and I wonder what I can do and if I should try to quit using the computer so much, but my wife died, I 'm alone and it's an outlet tot he world.

Religion is bias to a certain idea it claims that one idea or one theology is correct and all other ideas are incorrect. When we generalize and clam our religion is the ultimate truce we become ignorant to any other ideas. Christian, Muslims, Jews feel the same way so who is right? Well, we can’t never conceive the truce since our mind simply can know god all we have is faith.

Instead of wasting our time bickering about God who might exist or not why don’t we just embraced others idea. Instead of trying to convert them claiming they are sinner and evil doers. We can all learn from other religion no matter how strong we feel about our religion. The first step is tolerance and acceptance.

have been interested in joining since my father retired from the military, but not sure what to do. I have extensive training in weaponry, espionage, and many other tactical skills. I'm also in great physical shape. I feel like i could help our country in numerous services. I want to either be an army ranger or something similar, a navy seal, or some sort of espionage agent. Any advice at all? i know this is broad but anything at all that you have to say will help. What to do, how to get started, how to make sure im in the right physical condition, other jobs that may interest me, or anything else that could help. Also, i was wondering if there was any way i could be an actual spy so if anyone knows a job involving something like that please tell me. Thanks a lot everyone :)
