Aside from the disputed detonation of their test device in 1945,no one seems to know that their I 401 class sub could easily snorkel its way to SF or LA without refueling or surfacing. http://www.combinedfleet.com/I-401.htm will describe this aircraft-carrying sub whose empty, three-bomber hangar would have housed their massive, crude nuke. Orig mission was to bomb SF with its three planes and "dirty bombs" in retaliation for the Tokyo fire raids. After their successful a-bomb test in North Korea, the I 401 was considered for a suicide bomb delivery vehicle. Look up SENSUIKAN HIJMS I 401:Tabular record of movement. We were pretty shocked at what this largest sub in the world could do. Since the Russians over ran the Hungnam facility it's not possible the Japanese could have produced a second bomb for the I 401 mission to destroy SF.They needed 6 months to build another with North Korean Uranium It would have been "messy" if they'd have used their test device straight away in SF Harbor!

In NJ, is there a statue of limitations to normal wear and tear? Like a time frame ?

I stayed in my aparment for 8 months and my landlord is holding my security deposit to repaint and clean from my time there.


NJ State law states "Landlords cannot charge cleaning fees to tenants who leave their apartments broom clean. Landlords often try to deduct such fees, as well as fees for painting."

The landlord did the intial walk through and gave the ok that it was clean enough for us to move out. Now hes changing his story saying that the he feels he doesnt have to pay for a repainting cause we didnt stay there long enough. Mind you, we never had a lease agreement but only a verbal agreement that I could move into that apartment as long as I paid rent and give 30days notice that if I were leaving. I satisfied both requirements and again in his walk through he never said anything about the walls or anything about the apartment not being clean.

So, Lyndsay Lohan checked into rehab - again. Seriously, the only way rehab will work is if she stays out of the bars and clubs!!! Who else thinks this is just a ploy to avoid prison time? Of course, didn't she try that already, only to get arrested days after getting out? What a loser.

I need help repairing a washer drain pipe that repeatedly overflows. My plumber has been out several times and extended the vent through the roof (vent pipe is 1 1/2") and charges me tons of money each time. What can I do? Can I fix it my self? The drain is behind the washer and I don't know if there is P trap at the bottom (have to tear out drywall). The vent goes through the brickwall horizontaly then 90's vertically to the roof on the outside of the house.

hey... yesterday my PC started run really really slow.. also when i was using the usual programs, the colors were changed... i restarted it and i got this messege that one of my disks needs to be checked and 'the type of the file systems is NTFS' ... the check finished succesfully. but today i noticed it agains starts runing slowly. some of the colors were changed again (the menu was black... the windows were with different colors) i restarted and it seems ok. some days ago i had these messeges for low virtual memory. i made some virus checks and it seems ok. does anyone have an idea what it could be... thanks

His reaction was so disrespectful, it was nothing a Commissioner should have done. Then he makes that "Lame" statement afterwards about people are innocent until proven guilty. What does that have to do with the record. He spoke with Tom Glavine after he reached 300 wins last night, but has yet to talk to Bonds!

I know I need to reformat but I read somewhere that just reformating may not completely clean up the comp. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good wipe program I should use first. I checked out wipe drive by White Canyon but it seems many ppl are haveing trouble reinstalling windows xp. My comp. wont allow any virus clean up system to run it reboots them all, tried avg, lavasoft, sysweeper, nortons and AOL. they all get rebooted before complete even in safemode. HELP!

Can anyone honestly tell me that theire happy with theire love life & truly have a great honest loving relationship with theire girlfriend/boyfriend..husband or wife. That they are really with theire love of theire life and would never evr do anything to hurt one another.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and having a hard time deciding whether to keep the pregnancy. My boyfriend has already stated that he does not want me to have the baby and his attitude has taken a turn for the worse since I told him. The important details of this story are that I was told 3 months ago by a specialist that the only way the I would be able to conceive would be through IVF(in vitro fertilization) due to a blockage in my fallopian tube( I only have one due to a past ectopic pregnancy many years ago). I am gainfully employed, but my boyfriend is struggling with his career. I have a 10yo child already from a previous relationship and he has a 2yo son. The dilemma is should a child be brought into the world without 2 willing parents? I know that more than likely if I continue the pregnancy, the relationship is over. I am willing to have my baby and move on with my life, but is it fair to be the only deciding party? I am in a bad place right now and I need advice.

It's not as though any of them are shining examples of piety in their own religion. After all, Prince Charles was messing with Camilla for years while he was still married,and there are any number of scandals within the family. We have been living in our beautiful home for about 33 years. We live in a quiet little community in Indiana and have decided to move to a smaller home. We have kept our home updated and have put a lot of time and money into our house. However, our next door neighbors moved into their house about 2 years ago and have let their property in a very distressed state. Their home is in very poor condition and only getting worse. They have a car on blocks in the back yard with high grass and trash everywhere. The house is such a eyesore and destryoing our property value. Is there anything we can do? Can the city make them clean this up? What rights do we have? I know our neighbors have very little money so legal action to abtain money won't result in anything. Need help.
