I think you need to get OFF THE FLOOR and get in touch with reality.
We are NOT praying for him to win, we know he won't, our efforts are going to more important issues, and it isn't Hillary or the Democrats!

After his remark about invading Afghanistan, a few might have prayed for him to be nominated, but I doubt that will continue once Obama revises or recants (not many voters will hold it against him a year from now unless he is still saying it and meaning it the way it was understood).
I don't think Republicans are expecting to play "the race card" against him. I don't think they see themselves or their base as bigoted. I suspect they think Hillary would energize their base more than Obama would.
Sorry, I don't believe that they are praying hard for Obama to win, but you may know Republicans better than I do.

While I believe in the sincerity of Barak Obama, I do not share his ideology.
As a Republican with a desire for my candidate to win the presidency, I suppose I would prefer a less electable candidate win the Democratic nomination

I really don't think it matters who wins the Democratic Candidacy. There is no viable candidate they have and the public knows this. It's really coming down to which GOP candidate will be the next President. Most likely it will be Fred Thompson.

I believe they feel that if Obama gets the nomination they will win the election due to his inexperience. I think they will be in for a huge surprise!

I don't waste my time praying about politics when there are more pressing issues.
However, I would like to see Obama get the Democratic bid, as he is my favorite of the three main Democratic candidates.

Sorry, Republicans are not praying for Obama. They may be praying against Hillary, but not for Obama.

The Republicans can use the race innuendo to influence every redneck to come out the woodworks and solidify the Solid South.
