I'm more graduate than my manager and I have a lot of pratical knowledge in the area where he is supposd to managed us. I can feel that he is more and more uncomfortable with my motivation and ambition in the company. How can I show to my company that I deserve a promotion without appear as a threat to my manager??

the umpiring in the majors sems to be, to me, like their gods and all must follow, yet they make bad calls all the time, who is in charge anyway, who do the umpires report to or who is in charge of their actions, their bad calls change the whole game, most every game i watch anyway, and why do home plate umpires have such different strike zones, that even the play by play announcers don,t understand them. who allows these type of actions that the umpires are alloud to use. it inferiorates me to no end what they do some times. do they have no one to acount to--- gary c

the baby is 11 months old, not breast fed on still on milk.
i read that he should drink plenty of fluids, but he does that any way but hes still constipated and cries when he passes a stool - indicating its clearly hurting him.

O.K. I HAD MY ULTRASOUND AT 18 WEEKS!!!! WE'RE HAVING A BOY AND HE WAS PROUD TO SHOW IT OFF!!! THE NURSE CALLED AND WANTED TO SCHEDULE US TO MEET WITH A SPECIALIST AFTER THE FETAL ECHO. DO THEY KNOW SOMETHING ALREADY AND ARE JUST NOT TELLING ME YET TIL THEY KNOW FOR SURE? When to access a safety deposit box in New York City, NY.

If a couple are married and share a safety deposit box, and one spouse passes away. What happens to the safety deposit box?

Does the surviving spouse have continuous free access to it? Should the surviving spouse immediately empty it if they may need access to the contents in the short term?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Any cite to applicable statutes or NYS gov’t websites would be even better. (I could not find any)
