I have taken my 9 year old German Shepard mix in to the vet three times in the last month and she has not gotten better. She has had three seizure/stroke type spells that I know of where she has trouble standing and walks on her toes with her back arched up. These episodes last less than a minute and she seems frightened and disoriented. She has accidents, mostly urinary, almost everyday, including in her own bed. She refuses to "shake" anymore and instead turns around and walks away from us. She also walks slowly like shes in pain. These symptoms came on suddenly. The vet put her on steroids briefly which seemed to perk her up a bit but she still had accidents. Because of the presence of white blood cells in her urine she was put on antibiotics. She is at the end of the treatment and it hasn't seemed to do any good. She had a blood test and everything came out "normal". HELP! I have an 11 month old son and don't want to jeopardize his health or safety.

I know there are trusts and funds for people in poverty, but they're not able to do enough, do you think the money donated to saving animals such as the rhino, panda etc. would be better utilized if donated to a fund for human lives. I mean, are animals more important than humans? would the world end if the panda or the rhino went extinct?

Arent we the most important species on the planet. Its not like we eat all the animals we save, so its not that we're trying to repopulate the food source so we wont starve.

It is hard for me to beleive that in my small town in the lower part of michigan is earning $600.00 wk. Someone told me this the other day. I think a person would have to be working in these factories an awful long time to make that kind of money. If this is the case I will go to work in one of these factories. Does anyone know this to be true?

i need some suggestions on how to quit smoking without using the patch or gum ,etc i have tried to just cut down but that didnt work i try not to think about it and i get grouchy any suggestions? iv smoked for 8-9 years and i smoke a pack in atleast 2 days help me!!!

...just put new tiles on top of the old and glue then down well, then grout it? I don't want to have to remove all the old tiles like my friend says I have to. I'm thinking there's something I can just put on the tles and it'll be fine. He says it won't stick and the grout will break. I don't believe this, but I don't know.
It's a 50 yr.old house, so doesn;t have to be perfect. Can you advise me? Thanks.

Is it possible for 2 people to get married right out of high school, have a child, then 1 goes to college and continues to improve their life, education, and place in the world, and the other enjoys the dead end, no rewards job that they started with out of school? My friend and I do some DJ'ing so we got a wireless broadband internet card for his laptop so we can download requests if need be. It works fine. His laptop is pretty nice, runs on Win XP, plenty RAM, Disk Space, quick processor and so forth. Here is my Question: Is there a program he can download that will enable it to work as GPS Navigation for when we are on roadtrips??? I mean, its no biggie if it cant because we can always just use yahoo maps or mapquest or whatever, but a computer is a very powerful thing and I told him "I'm sure there's some way to do it!" but then I didnt really know where to look. So I'm posting this question, then I'm going to go look while yall answer it. That way maybe someone will mention something i hadn't found. :)
