well i m undergraduate student,,,,,i wannna know which between mba & ms will provide me with better salary once i get into corporate world,,,,plzzzzzzzzz suggest assuming the ideal condition that i get admission letter frm world's top universities for
respective programs simultaneously

Both.

Seriously,

MS first, full time. MBA later, after you have work experience. And try to get your employer to pay for it.

I did that, and now have a lot of responsibility and authority while making over $160K/yr.

This depends on what you want to do in the corporate world. If you want to continue working in tech activities, then the MS may serve you better. However, if, in the long run, it is your goal to move into a managerial position, you might do better to work on the MBA. There are schools which offer joint degrees; you might consider spending an extra year and getting both.
