I lost a ton of weight and I have been working out. But I seem to have 2 problem areas that are frustrating me. Triceps and butt. Triceps just flap away. Butt is so non-existent now that I either sit on my tailbone or on my butt bones, depending on how I shift my weight. I lift weights 5 days a week - what else can i do to tone up those areas?

I have 1male beta n 1 female. I just put them in the same tank, n he started chasing after her with his things flarring up. What does that mean, cuz they were by each otha, but then he just chased her around put they wasnt fighting, or was he jus tryna pick a fight????

I find that some religious folk tend to answer questions that have nothing to do with Jesus or religion by throwing their words of worship into answers. I've seen many questions regarding "Who, among those you have met, do you feel closest to/love most/trust innately?" So many of the answers are "Jesus", and I find that the people who purposely ignore the intention of the question ("Someone you have MET") are often the most extreme religiously.

I believe that extremists are so insecure in their beliefs they have to repeatedly, loudly, and unreasonably state their "love" of God/Jesus over & over.

As a follow-up to my question, let's try it again: Who in your life do you love and trust most, that you've actually MET? (Living or dead).

I found out that my nw car has a bad cylinder, should i allow the dealership fix it or demand a new engine or car. The car is less than a year old and only 20,ooo miles. I heard knocking in the engine 10,000 miles ago and they said it was normal.what do i do help please!!!!

i feel tired but its like when my head hits the pillows, my eyes are wide open and I CANNOT sleep at all. are there conventional meathods i could use to fall asleep like sleep inducing stretches or something crazy like hypnosis? lol

My second cousins trial is on June 6th and the closer it gets the more i become a depressed wreck! Most of you know that 6 months ago she shot and killed my cousin, her dad, and she will only get like 3 years for it. I really miss him and this is bringing back a flood of memories to me. I just need support and people to talk to. Please help....any suggestions on how to deal with it?

I am still in high school; however, I'm intrested in joining the U.S. Military. I am curious as to which one I should look into, and how to tell my parents (they don't seen to take me seriously when I mention the subject). My life is stupid and i need a hobby. Im thinking of building a hot rod for something to play with. What i want to know is can i build a 600-700 Hp motor that i can drive on the street and have it be reliable for $10,000 or less for the MOTOR? One thing i want is a whipple charger. I dont really want to go the nitrous route if i dont have to. So is it possible or should i find something else to do?

I have been very fortunate to be able to stay at home & raise my children. Both my husband & I worked very hard so I can do this. I am 47 yrs. old and have been looking for a job. I just get so intimidated by all the computer skills required to get a decent job. I just don`t have any confidence in myself. I use to be a bank supervisor for 8 yrs. Then I worked for another co. up until I had my daughter. I am very attached to my children but they are now 17 & 15 yrs. old and I really need to get my own life. Are their any other Mothers that can sugest a decent starter job. Is there anyone that can give me some advise on how they got back into the working field? Please Help! Thank You:)

why most older people say that, I mean when we are young we think we have lots of friends, but older people say "there are no friends in this world, the only people you can count on is your family" I wonder if thats because they Know since they already lived that stage..and i have notice most married and older people do not have many friends and they hang out more w/ family members,,,could that be true?

The laptop turns on and off when I use the power button but I can't see anything. The screen is not working.

The laptop is only about 2 years old. Its a really good laptop also.
