I lost a ton of weight and I have been working out. But I seem to have 2 problem areas that are frustrating me. Triceps and butt. Triceps just flap away. Butt is so non-existent now that I either sit on my tailbone or on my butt bones, depending on how I shift my weight. I lift weights 5 days a week - what else can i do to tone up those areas?

First Congrats!! It takes a lot of will power to lose weight. Squats and leg lifts for the hiney .Lift the leg backwards . Squeezing the hiney.Triceps same deal , lift back. If you can afford one get a personal trainer for a few sessions to help with exercises for problem areas.Believe me it is well worth it. Good luck.

The Best Butt Exercise: (2 versions, 1 standing and 1 on all fours)

STANDING:
Stand up straight holding onto a chair or counter top or anything of a similar height that you can hold onto for support. To do the exercise all you do is swing your leg backwards and when it is back as far as you can comfortable go hold it up there for a count of ten. You will know its working pretty quickly because your butt muscles will be burning almost immediately.

ON THE FLOOR - ON ALL FOURS:
Assume the position (hands and knees on the floor) Extend your leg straight back and up towards the ceiling . Once it is as high as you can comfortably go, hold it for a count of 10. YOU WILL BE ENTERING THE PAIN ZONE PRETTY QUICKLY but it really works !!!!! You should do 10 - 15 reps to begin and work your way up to more as your tolerance builds.

you can swim and the weights should do it for your triceps, as for your butt eat avacado its all healthy fats that go to your butt.. lol.. try doind squats.. toning your legs tones your butt..
