The laptop turns on and off when I use the power button but I can't see anything. The screen is not working.

What can I try to get this working again?

The laptop is only about 2 years old. Its a really good laptop also.

Probably your LED backlighting went out.
Happened to mine, but it was much older. Yours would probably be covered under warranty.

If your screen started to get a pink hue then the monitor goes black, your CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lamp) bulb needs to be replaced, you may also need a new LCD inverter. The installation and replacement of the CCFL lamp is very delicate work, so i recommend you take your laptop to a qualified technician.

I have many years of experience with maintaining my own computers and even I cannot install a new bulb on a laptop.

Shop around, you may be able to find someone who will fix it for you at a reasonable price. If it is still under warranty, then you should be ok to get a replacement!

Hope this helps.
