i dont believe in god. im kinda embarrased to tell people this... is it a BAD thing?

Nothing wrong with what you believe, as long as you respect others for their beliefs. If you don't want to tell others, you don't have to; your beliefs are none of their business.

No, it is not wrong. Many people, like I, believe in God. However, people have different beliefs and should be respected. Everyone is different and you shouldn't be embarrased to say this. The people that find you weird for no believing in God are really rude. Remember, it is NOT a bad thing to be different!

You have posted your question in the etiquette section. I can't tell if you're asking whether it's impolite or immoral. It is, of course, impolite to bring up religion in casual company. If somebody else brings it up and you cannot deflect the question, then it is absolutely polite to say, truthfully, what you do and do not believe in.
As far as the morality of the issue goes, religion and morality aren't the same thing. It's not immoral to be an atheist.

It is not wrong to not believe in god.
You don't have to tell anyone, even if they bring up the subject.
Your beliefs are none of anyone's business but yours.
