I just got parts for a new computer (CPU, mobo, etc.) But neglected to get any thermal paste. How important is it it to have thermal paste?

Just want to hear from anyone who has had surgery that can tell me the feeling right when your going out, can you describe it? I am super nervous to get surgery and have been put under anesthesia once before when I was 6 years old, and I remember it feeling like your fading away, very scary. Help!

On September 9, 2004, the Oxford OPP received a report that a transport
truck driver planned to commit suicide on Highway 401 by running out in front
of other trucks. Surveillance was set up immediately along the 401. Constable
Bremner was driving east on the highway when he saw a truck parked on the
westbound exit ramp to Drumbo Road. The truck driver had left his vehicle and
was walking toward the 401. Bremner made an emergency crossover through the
high volume of oncoming traffic to reach the exit. He then left his cruiser in
the ditch and ran behind the truck driver. Reaching the passing lane, the
truck driver was hit by two vehicles; uninjured, he kept going. Bremner put
his own life at risk by running across the highway and single-handedly
stopping the man

and the tornado in kansas a few weeks ago and the forest fires in the south, northeast and west? isn't that retaliation for someones sins too or is it only directed towards the sinners when a religious person interprets it that way and other instances of natures wrath is just everyday part of god's plan kind of stuff which he has on his regular schedule of events?
