I beg to differ PB is very High Protien.. However do not get Peanut butter that has Rapeseed Oil Aka Canola oil. Obesity is a side effect of Canola oil consumption Most major brands have it, Look for natural Peanut butter. Combine this PB With alot of Water or Tea. Do not starve yourself that only forces your body to Store fat when it can get it. Eat lots of protien reduce the Carbs

Peanut butter is a fine source of healthy fats and protein. I would suggest you eat a healthier breakfast and save your peanut butter as a treat after working out or for a snack. The amount you eat also matters. Cut your portion in 1/2 of the peanut butter.

No. Peanut butter tends to be high in unsaturated fat, due to the natural fat of the peanuts, and saturated fat, due to the fat in the oils.

but yes, peanut butter is very good for you in moderation. omega fatty 3 acids, and good fats.
