why do therapists or pastors react to them? Has anyone dealt with a loved one that has gone from bad to worse after seeking guidance from strangers?

does food sented plug-ins make you gain wieght.
smelling apple-cinnimin and other food sents make me hungry and want to eat. what about you.

this was going to be just a silly question but there seems to be some logic behind it. SCARY!

Anyone see history repeating itself - if citizens get slack during the summer months?
EXAMPLE :

How come doing an illegal act gives you the right to tell citizens and lawmakers which options you will obey ?

This is my last week of school, but for some reason it seems like the most stressful. I need to get what bad grades I have up, and I have been sick in and out for the past couple of weeks. I have missed some homework from when I was gone and I don't think I have ever fully made anything up. I have some more regular work to do for school as well. I realize that it's the last week of school and that as soon as school is out most of it isn't going to matter, but there are a few things I need to get through before the year is over. For example:

In language class we are doing an essay on a career of our choice do Friday. Since I have been out sick lately I have about half of what the other kids do, and I'm trying to make it up. I have to take numerous note cards worth of information, and my teacher hasn't even told me when it's due. I must also finish up a very large reading story and try to ace a quiz on it for Wednesday. I feel like I'm very stressed out, and just need a way to relax.

I've been noticing more and more tip jars showing up in the most ridiculous places. Subway, donut shops, pretzel stores, coffee shops. These people aren't going above the call of duty. They're following standard protocols and recipes.

Now don't get me wrong. I've been working retail my whole life and I know that it's a hard job, but these employees are being paid regular hourly wages. They are not waiters who only make $2 an hour. They're not in an industry forced to live off tips. I shouldn't be expected to tip someone to pour a cup of coffee or make a sandwich that they are being paid to make.

i have a tank with cosmo (somthing like that) goldfish and the water temp changes so much during the day cuz i go to schoo so i cant keep on a fan or anything in the morning my tanks reall cold and at night its pretty warm how do i make it so its always the same temp?

I have a T23 Thinkpad, Default setting, Default Hardware, 512-RAM. S Video Cord (no audio cables) is connected through laptop to Samsung HD TV, 2006 Model. I click "fn" && "F7", it continues to Display no signal. I tried lowering the video settings to 600X800, nothing still. I also switched the HDTV to 4:3 ratio, still nothing.

What Do I need, drivers? I can't change default monitor setting via the display menu, button is "grayed-out". Do I need the cable that S-Video on one end and analog cables on the other?

today at school i had a1 donut and a small juice box
1 hamburger with about 8 tater totts'
1 bottle of water
then when i got home 4 dinner i went to the food court in the mall and had a philly cheese steak with mayo, cheese, and onions with frenchfries and a medium oarnge soda my doctor told me on friday that i was overweight i weigh 175 pounds 3/4
and im 5 foot 1 also im 15 yars old and im trying he told me not to eat any fastfood or junk and drink only water i didnt eat 2 sandwithes at lunch like i usually do the reason i got this way was beef it started in 5th grade monday-friday i ate 2 cheese burgers and pataoes my mother used to cook me i started eating then i told her i was still hungry then i started eating 2 so i got bigger i went to the doctor my 6th grdae year i weighed 140 hen seven grade 160 now 8th grade 175 i dont want this to go any farther someone guide me though this i dont have any one my doctor just told me to cutt down and play sports. i dont like sports helllp

Last week a guy put his daughter in a microwave, and claims that God told him to do that.

Abraham was told to do the same. (Except for the microwave part. They didn't have microwaves back then, as you might know)

First guy will serve a long time in prison, second guy became a major figure in the most popular religion.

What exactly is the difference between these two men. Can you be absolutely certain that God spoke to Abraham, and not to the dude last week?

Is New York City made up of all 5 boroughs (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, etc.) put together or is it city by itself? I'm Confused... Because I was looking online and all I could find were the boroughs on maps and nothing saying NYC. If it is a city on its own, then is there any housing there or is it all commercial? And how hard or easy is it to go from one borough to another?

As a person who was raised Mormon but has chosen to attend a Born Again Christian Church as an adult, I am surprised at how many Christians really believe Mormons aren't Christian. I even hear "experts" on our local Christian radio stations saying Mormons aren't Christian. Which baffles me as to why modern day Christian leadership is okay with spreading these lies...the book of Mormon is about Christ coming to the Americas after the resurection and preaching to the Indians about salvation. I am not saying it is true or not. This I don't know, but how can they not be considered Christian?
