First, you would have to tell your mom how motivated you are to lose weight & be healthy so she can start cooking you healthy foods instead. And also try to pack lunches like turkey sandwiches w/ fruit. (don't worry about it being 'uncool') And when you're out in the mall, it's really up to you to keep your control of having junkfood. Instead of donut, have wheat toast. Instead of phillycheese or cheese burgers, have grilled chicken sandwiches w/o the mayo.
If you don't like sports, go walking or jogging 30mins afterschool. You can do it!

Okay, DON'T freak out. This happens sometimes. The only thing you can do is move on and continue as if nothing happened.
This is normal, and it happens to everyone. So don't sweat it, okay?
The next time you feel a craving coming on, drink a lot of water. If that doesn't work, start crunching on some healthy, colorful vegetables (whip yourself up a salad! Just leave off the dressing ;) ).
Or, you could simply do something else to take your mind off the craving (ex. read a book, go for a walk, play with your pet) or simply remove yourself from the source of the craving altogether.
As for sports: you don't HAVE to join a team. Go for a walk or a run instead! I don't like sports either (except for tennis), so I dance, walk, and play tennis. =)
But, again: DO NOT SWEAT IT. If you constantly worry over this, you could get yourself into serious trouble food-wise and health-wise.

Battling with weight at such a young age is definitely tough. But, doing something to correct it at your age is easier than when you get older. The health risks increase with age, I know all too well. Try not to beat yourself up for messing up. Instead, get right back on track. Deprivation is not the answer either. Find healthy, tasteful snack to fill you up and side dishes that are good for you to go with your meals. You may want to cut your portions down a quarter for a week or whatever, then another, and so on. Your stomach will shrink if you leave the table with a little less in it. Maybe allowing yourself to cheat, a little bit, once a week may help you feel like your not totally depriving yourself of what you like to eat. As for excercise, maybe put on some headphones and going for walks would help boot the metabolism a bit.

In crease your intake of salad, vegetables, fruit, and yogurt. Limit meat servings to one at lunch and one at dinner. You can do this. The best way to stop eating fast food is to stay away from fast food places. Buy yourself some Weight Watcher or lean cuisine meals at the grocery store. Limit yourself to one of them at meal time. Add salad and or a bag of veggies. Green Giant makes some good ones that can be cooked in the microwave in 5 minutes. Use some fat free salad dressing on them. No sodas or desserts. There are some"no sugar added" Popsicles in the freezer section.
You can do this. The sooner the better so your skin will fit.

You definitely should increase your activity and drink up on that water! The water will help flush the junk out of your system. And, try to eat healthier!! Eat throughout the day but make good choices!
You don't like sports..ok...how about walking? How about swimming? Jump rope? Running? Find something you like and go for it!!
Good luck!

Just start your diet over. Sounds like you're not getting enough to eat. Try eating whole grains and food rich in fiber. Grains and fiber make your body and stomach feel "full" so you'll tend to eat less and eat less often. If you find yourself hungry throughout the day make sure you have something healthy with you like granola bars or veggie sticks.
Best of luck to you.

you messed up your diet this morning starting off with a donut! hello!
the good news, you're 15 and have the best chance of dropping weight and keeping it off, but there isn't 1 thing that you mentioned that is healthy, even the juice box is sugary!
ask your mom if you can go and see a nutritionist.
