It's a scam. See the website where you can have a look at some of the fraudulent lottery scams.. Incredible... never give any personal information to these people and definitely no money... you will be surprise how many people send money to them.

not sure about the mega lottery place. Dont send them money. If the prize you "won" was about US$2 800 000 its a scam (search on yahoo/google) a lot of people have been asking the same question.
