Durmstrang and Beauxbatons.
Durmstrang is in Bulgaria, the school of Viktor something or other, who fell in love with Hermione.
If I'm not mistaken, Fleur Delacouer went to Beauxbatons. She later marries one of the Weasleys brothers. I forgot which one.

One is Durmstrang Institute, which I think it's in Bulgaria or somewhere in Northern Europe and the other is Beauxbatons Academy which is in France.

Drumstrang and Beauxbatons. There was one mentioned in the fifth or the sixth book by Draco. A school that he wanted to go to because they taught real dark magic but his mom wouldn't let him go.

The Salem Witches Institute was mentioned during the Quidditch world cup chapter in Goblet of fire, but it is never made clear if it is another school in the US or simply a magic organization.
