can somebody tell me whats the name of the those pants that they used in the 90s?

they wer bright colers some came in zebra patern n had elastic at the bottem, ill be happy if sopmebody gave me the answer.

We just called them hammer pants. Body builders wore them too. I recall alot of zebra print!

The first part sounds like what I remember being called "Happy Pants" but the elastic part sounds like Stirrup pants...
