do you think that Sirius is dead? I know that it is fact that Dumbledore is dead, but is Sirius? there have been no confirmed reports either way.

Voices from the Holocaust, by Sylvia Rothchild, contains a series of memoirs by Jews who survived Nazi concentration camps. Survivor Sally Grubman, a schoolteacher in Lodz when the Nazis came to power, was taken to the camp at Auschwitz and later to Ravensbrück. Her experiences there prompted this observation: “I saw people who became very, very good and people who became absolutely mean. The nicest group were the Jehovah’s Witnesses. I take my hat off to those people. They were born martyrs. They did marvelous things for other people. They helped the sick, they shared their bread, and gave everyone near them spiritual comfort. The Germans hated them and respected them at the same time. They gave them the worst work but they took it with their heads high.”

Jehovah's Witnesses also were every day given the opportunity to be set free if they renounced their faith. Few did. Jews were never given this choice. When you think of them today remember this.

I had to go live with her. She kept intouch after I moved out for a while then suddenly she has stopped. Befor that though,I was hurting so I confronted her on all the bad feelings I had towards her then I was the one always comming back to appologise then I begged and begged her not to leave she promised she wouldn't and guess what she has. She is so cold even after my dad just died this Jan 4 of this year she still doesn't call or nothing. She's gone. What am suppose to do?

I've changed all the float needles, and two of the four carbs are still flooding badly. The only thing I can put it down to, is a float level drama. Can anyone help with the following questions? a) what height to set the floats?, and b) is the measurement to be taken with the carbs up-side-down, or right way up? Every other carb component is O.K. This bike has massive sentimental value, so just throwing it away, isn't an option. For it's sake, though. It's lucky there's not an active volcano close by !!!

I was outside today, listening to my John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band CD, when my boyfriend and his friend and his friend's girlfriend (did you get that? lol) pulled up. The girl asked me who I was listening to, so I said John Lennon. Then she asked me something that amazed me...."And who is that?"

At first I thought she was joking. However, it turns out she wasn't. I told her that he was a Beatle. She then asked "That's an older band, isn't it?"....my goodness! I was just sort of shocked. I then went into the house and got my copy of the White Album. I gave it to her to listen to...I told her to listen and learn. Then I asked her if she knew who Elvis was (jokingly)...lol

Are there really a lot of people out there that do not know who John Lennon is? Or, was she just one in a million? I know a lot of the younger generation (which is me...I'm only 18) listens to nothing but mainstream rap and pop, but to not know who John Lennon is? That's just astounding...

I am planning on going with the multiple wedding cake idea. Instead of having just one stacked cake, I was looking at having several round cakes. Two larger sized ones and the rest smaller. Any ideas on arrangement or patterns on the cake. I am looking to only use a few flowers if possible or go with a nice pattern. I had a suspicision for a long while now, but have been living in denial. I confronted him many a time and was actually met with tears and shock that I would say that. I think that he thought I had hired a PI, or was about to. We had been working on or marriage.... or so I thought, when he started to revert to his old self from a few months ago. Needless to say, I was worried and the old nagging gut started to rear it's head again.

Long story short, he admitted to it today and didn't seem very remorseful. I can't have him here and have already decided to put him out as soon as he returns with our 2 kids.

My prob - I've been homemaker for the past 2+ years and off and on for the past 9 years so I have no real work experience. When we were having problems I started to look for a job and have been intermitently since.... with no luck as of yet. Where do I turn? I have little money of my own and no way to support my 2 kids. I'm terrified that I won't be able to keep my kids! HELP!

I give the the truck gas and it stops. I have had the truck for four years. 2001 F150 w/76000 miles. New belt and some belt dressing out of frustration. Tensioner is plenty tight still. Fluid is full. Gear box is coated in rust, looks like the rust that gets on something freshly grinded on and left out over night. Gear box has hose coming from it that covered in oil buildup, no known leaks from engine to explain the oil on the hose. Is my gearbox going bad? It looks like it has been replaced to me. How can I check to see if the gearbox is bad or if the pump is bad?

i have my 8 yr old son 50% of the time.When he comes over he wants my attention 100%.This makes it hard with my current wife as i have to work long hours when i don't have my son over so we have little time together.my son get upset when i spend time with my wife when hes over.He says things like "its my special time with u dad"or "do something with her when im not here" now i do spend most of my time with my son but my wife wants some attention too.i divorced when he was 1 yr old so he has no memory of having me fulltime and my wife has been in his life since he was 3 yrs old.It seems hes getting more demanding of my time as he gets older what can i do?
