I am transitioning from the Military to the civilian sector this fall. I plan to use the fall season to look for jobs and also finish up my masters program... I am just wondering if anyone knows if you can still collect unemployment even though I'll be going to school part time.

One of the conditions of unemployment benefits is that you have to be looking for work and are able to work during the period that you collect - since your classes are part-time, it may not be a problem.

You can check out the Indiana state FAQ from the department of labor, and see what other resources are available to you:

in all risk no longer. despite if, they only take your very final job into attention while they determine your eligibility. So, in case you circulate out and get a non everlasting job for purely an afternoon or 2, then your eligible as a results of fact your very final job became non everlasting, and your unemployed by utilising no fault of your guy or woman. in case you be conscious now and say you end, you will gum all of it up. desire this facilitates D.
