I'm a girl, 5'0", 111 lbs. 118 at the highest and 108 at the lowest.
I really need help now. I'm not going to say how much exactly but on weekdays I'm eating less than 1000 cals, usually less than 800. On Saturdays, 1000 and on Sundays 2000. I know, that eating less than 1200 is unhealthy so I'm trying to stop.
My question is-
How do I up my calories, without gaining weight and get my metabolism back to normal? This has only been going on for a few months. The thing is, I still want to lose weight but I'm afraid if I start eating normally that I will gain weight.
How can I up my calories, to a normal safe level to lose weight?
I like to eat healthy, I don't eat fast food EVER. So please don't tell me to "go to BK and get a double whopper"
I'd rather not get heart disease... lol
