It depends on the dealership. Don't expect anything. A few years ago I purchased a pre-owned Ford Escape. There were no floor mats and I asked if they could "throw" some in and the salesman said it was again their policy to "throw" anything in. I didn't go back to that dealership again. Last year when I purchased a new KIA Sedona, the dealership was very friendly, helpful, went over the vehicle with me, and gave me a car care kit. Like I said, it depends on the individual dealership and sales staff.
I almost forgot, I was supposed to get a free tank of gas after I participated in a survey. Still waiting.

I got a full tank of gas. Also got some free drinks and snacks while going through the deal process.
The car came with 3 years or 36 months bumper to bumper warranty, a longer powertrain warranty, and free roadside assistance for 5 years I think. I also got my first oil change / maintenance visit for free within the first 6 months after buying the car.
This was for a Ford.

At a Toyota/Scion dealership you will be lucky if you get a free keychain.
Its only at a premium dealerships like Cadillac or BMW that they give you comps like dinners and movie tickets.

It all depends on the dealer, and frankly, how much they make. Remember, even floor mats cost them money, keychains cost them money, pinstripes, tint, coffee mug, all cost money. Don't expect anything, if you get something then it's a bonus.
