well it seems like he likes me, i heard it from a couple of his friends that he does like me and they kinda joke around with him for him having a crush on me.....but sometimes he seems distant or uninterested....other times he's sweet and nice (we work together, thats abt the only time i see or talk to him)......what is going through this guys mind? any ideas?

sounds like he might be shy, i know that when I was really bad that my standard tactic with girls that i liked was to ignore them. It was because I didn't know what else to do :P
give him some time if your willing, or go and be bold and make the first step.

Some guys are just like that. You just have to understand that. There is no for sure way to understand what is going on in a guy's head. But guy's have just as many problems understanding us as we do them. It is just the way it is. Solid communication is the only way to understand as much as possible. Just talk to this guy. It might be the only way to get it.

First of all stop worrying about what a guy is thinking or he's not thinking!!! He probably isnt thinking at all, what is important are his actions and words. Just be blunt and honest with him and ask him what does he want with you and tell him what you think of him, it may be what he needs to get out of his shell and talk to you.

well if he says he likes you and his friends say it too it could mean that yes he does but by him keeping his distant or by him acting like his not interested in you may mean that he could be shy or mayb he aint ready to have a girlfriend yet...maybe
