Go to Safemode
a. Shutdown the computer
b. When you turn it back on tap on F8 contnuously
c. Highlight Safemode
d. Press Enter twice
e. There will be an Administrator account
f. Click on Administrator
g. Click Yes
Open user Accounts
Click on Start
Click on Control Panel
Click on User Accounts
Click on Your account
Press Remove Password
Press Apply
Press OK
Restart the computer

If the account has a password you canot enter without one.but with an administrator account you can go to the account setings and turn off the password of other accounts and then you can enter these account without using a passwords.

IF you mean how do you set it to automatically log in to an account without having to type in a password try this.
start, run, then type control userpasswords2
that will bring up a think that you can turn off the login in prompt and have it auto log in. you can also manage passwords and everythin from there as well.

There are two ways
1. Reset the password using password utilities from
sys intenals or similar software companies. Google for it.
2.Really interesting stuff. search about rainbow tables if u want to decrypt the password from SAM files and want to know the actual passowrd.

you need a password no matter what, unless what you are trying to bring up hacking. So I suggest you either ask someone who is a pro at hacking. Or stick to using a password in order to access those accounts since it is security liable.

easiest way is to reset the password of the account to no password at all.
in windows xp:
right click on my computer
select manage
open users and groups
find the account under users
right click and select reset password
