Last night I woke up in excrutiating pain, actually screaming because the cramp in my left calf was so bad. All I could do was clutch at it and try to massage the spasms went away, then I went straight back to sleep again. I know it was real and I didn't dream it because this morning when I tried to get up the muscle had seized. This is the 2nd or 3rd time it's happened this year. What causes it?

I am looking after a duck but have run out of his food. I only have him for another day. nowhere in the area I live does anyone sell duck food, the closest thing I have found is hen laying mix in a 10 kg bag. My duck is at the stage where he has lost most of his baby down and has feathers everywhere execpt his head and wings. I am thinking of feeding dry dog food, parsley, celery, grass, rolled oats, slugs ect from the garden, weet bix cereal and mabye fish food? are any of these things dangerous? I have heard too much protein causes deformed feathers. also does anyone know how much he should weigh? he is a mallard cross.

We all know the many contradictions in the bible especially if we take it literally so God is perfect and knew we would be at odds today so why didnt God make the bible crystal clear?
And why don't we just get rid of the old testament?

It seems to me that the more a Christian was into say music, film and other creative intellectual thought outside of religion – the less preachy and strict but more free-spirited and accepting. A lot of Christians seem to have a negative view of secular entertainment. Yes, mainstream pop-cultre is flooded with garbage but what about the older, hippie stuff?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years now and we are quite happy and are even living together, we have sex all the time except when its that time of the month and I cant have sex, yesterday was one of them I wasn’t feeling too well and I was tired so I couldn’t even do anything with him.. that’s when he started touching himslef and started mastubating in the same bed I was with him. I didn’t say anything as I WAS ABSOLUTELY shocked…He has never done this before and although I understand that it can be hard for guys at times but is that something I should be worried about as I have never seen this happen before. I get the late train home every weekend (the commuter) which is always, quite literally, packed; we're stuffed together like sardines with very little room to move even if standing. If you get a seat you're literally hemmed in and have to step over people if you need the toilet at any point- you can't even reach your luggage most of the time.

I give my seat up to ladies if and when I can- but am I excused on a trip such as this, where it is so busy and cramped that to move about is likely to cause problems?

ok so i recently went to see a nurse about the small amount of vaginal bleeding i was having during sex. She ruled out pregnancy and clamydia because i had a test.but it's still happening. Its not loads of blood and it's very pale in colour almost salmon pink. it only started when i started having sex with my new boyfriend who is fairly large in the downstairs department. It hurts slightly when he enters me too.
Im 22 and been on the pill for 6 years.Any clues?
