what extent do conservative/corporatist welfare states rely upon full employment and maintenance of the traditional nuclear family???

Conservative/corporate welfare? That's an oxymoron in the United States. Europe is so liberal, I'm surprise they would even recognize the traditional nuclear family. I hear Europe is trying to get a breeding program going, but with 7% or more unemployment and a death rate per 1,000 greater than Iraq's during a conflict I doubt Europe's program will be successful.
