I am totally revamping my kids snacks. Right now I buy Cookies, Debbie Cakes, fruit snacks, chips, popcorn, etc. My kids are not overweight, if anything they are underweight. They are always outside playing. Give me some healthy "grab-and-go" snack ideas.

I want to make a simple anklet..using the accent beads only..as the colour of the thonging is important to the design I do not want to use any other beads.

The problem is that the accent beads bunch up...what do I need to get to stop my beads from doing this..I do not want to use glue.

I want the beads to stay in place uniformly along the thong.

But I do not want to detract from the accent beads.

I have been looking for rubber O rings that might do the trick but am having no luck at all other than in black.

Hope you can help???

Hello,
I finally got home from college a day ago, my car had been parked since then and I hadn't driven it. Since It was only a day, I didn't have insurance on it yet, anyways tonight I finally decided to visit a friend about 7 minutes from my house. I parked my car outside and we were talking in the backyard hanging out.
Next thing I know, a high speed car chase is going on and im right in the middle of it, like 10 cops are chasing this one car, he turns onto our block, goes around, hits my car, destroys the front, he pulls out a gun and start running around the houses and jumping fences!
What a day!
He finally got arrested, his stolen car had insurance, but it was under his girlfriends name. I gave the police my info, and they gave me the Allstate policy claim #.
What can I do now besides calling the company?
Do I have any hopes in getting my car restored?
Will I have to go small claims court?
Any helpful advice?

About three days ago I was running, and I tripped and scabbed my knee up pretty badly. The day after, I was sitting at my desk at work and it started hurting. It isn't a sharp pain, but it feels like joint pain. It only really hurts when I am sitting down for a long time, and feels better when I get up and walk around on it... Should I go to a doctor for this? I mean, what are they going to do? Give me pain killers and tell me to stay off of it for a couple of days? I want to know why it hurts.

Ever since the last team to come back from a 3-0 deficit in a stanley cup playoff series (the 1975 New York Islanders), other teams have been in the same situation thousands of times but yet have not been able to make the big comeback like the '75 Isles and the '42 Leafs!
Tell me your opinion why this is such a difficult task to perform to come back from a 3-0 deficit !
And tell me if or when will this streak come to an end and what kind of team could make such a comeback!

My daughter was born prematurely about 4 weeks ago and I have been pumping breast-milk almost everyday since then. I recently got on a good schedule of pumping about every 2-3 hours. A few days ago I noticed that my milk supply was decreasing even though I was increasing my pumping sessions. This morning to my absolute horror, I have pumped no breast-milk out of one breast and only literally a drop out of the other. Does anyone have any suggestions about why this terrible thing may have happened to me? I feel so bad and embarrassed about this. I am going to speak with a lactation counselor ASAP, but until then I just want to know if anyone has any advice or something like that. Thanks!
