He would look amazing in a Bruins Uniform, and he is not a one man show (2005-2006 had 52 goals and 54 assists, in 2006-2007 46 goals 46 assists), he would be an awsome player to have to go with Marc Savard who is one of the most underrated players in the NHL, Savard Ovechkin and Murray all on the same line, that would be awsome, a guy like him would definatly help them get over the hump and into the playoffs.

Not as good as he'd look in a Stars uniform. He can't have number 8, retired number, but Mike Modano is about done with 9 and the Stars' greatest need is exactly what Ovechkin is, a superstar goal scorer.

Yea lots of people I'm sure think that he would look good in all kinds of different teams uniforms. Boston has shown though that they are not a one man show type of team. They had all star Joe Thorton there and couldn't get it done, and he is a one man show that gets everyone else the puck. Ovechkin is a do it by himself and recieve all the glory type of guy and honestly I don't care what uniform he looks good in Washington is the right place for him. Anyone trying to win a Stanley Cup does not have room for a one man show on their team, no matter how good they are. In the regular season its all fine and well, but more times then not all that glitz, glam, and glory comes to a screeching hault in the playoffs, and if you can't win in the playoffs the whole thing is all for not.

He'd look quite good in a Bruins sweater, but could you imagine him in a Penguins jersey? That would be unbelievable, having Crosby, Malkin, and Ovechkin all out on the ice at the same time.
I'm pretty relieved that this will never happen.

I heard that he originally wanted to be drafted by Toronto and given a Maple Leafs jersey!
It seems like Ovie likes the color yellow a lot (skate laces, hello?) so maybe he'd be down with the Bruins and their uniforms.

Sorry, as a Caps fan I hope that would never happen.
But I have seen them deal away all their best players many times before, so anything is possible!

I'm not sure if Boston is the team for him. I think he's good where he is, even if his team is not so great at the moment.
