My husbands family constantly makes me feel ashamed that i am breastfeeding our daughter (who is three months)... when she gets hungry they constantly ask me to give her a bottle (she won't take it, i don't know what to do) I never breastfeed in front of ANYone besides my husband (who is Fine with it by the way) my poor baby gets hungry in public and i am made to feel i have to go home and Shut the door because i am a "pervert" "childmolestor" How is nourishing your child to be called such a thing? I am very hurt and would like to hear from other mothers who have dealt with things like this and HOW they handled it.

I miss cracker night (hand held fireworks now banned). I miss speeding along a country highway (strict speed limits). There are always 'good' reasons for taking away these things - but is anybody going to legislate to return the feeling of freedom and self responsiblity and exhileration of living that these things once gave.. What do others think? No moralistic lectures please.

I have just been accepted for a mortgage and as the bank are lending me 100% they will not add onto and consolidate some other small debts that i have got.
The debts i have got arent dreadful but come out of my account all thoughout the month and i never know where i am although i have never missed a payment.
I have since tried for a loan with Northern Rock and got turned down and then a week later i tried my own bank and have just been turned down again.
The mortgage is still going through (although paperwork been signed and accepted) and the property im purchasing still isnt in my name. I am just a bit lost as to why i am now being refused a loan when i have just recieved a mortgage.
Can anyone put light on this for me? Has this happened to anyone else?

In my table I have 3 fields "Gross Income" & "Total Expenses" and "Net Income" I want my net income field to calculate by its own by deducting expenses from income, what would I write in the default value of my table properties, I can do it in my form but in my table, i find it hard.

I have severe chapped/sore lips due to picking with them.....(I know, I shouldn't pick with them. It's a nervous habit). But I have stopped. Does anyone know what I can use to get them back to normal! I've used Blitex and sooooo many other lip balms.

I have a bunch of savingbonds that have matured. and some that have not (getting 4%). Can I tranfer the funds or something into a 529 or Roth IRA or something to avoid paying taxes on the interest? THe Bonds are in my name - so I don't even know if I could transfer or "gift" the money. THANKS! :)

Conservatives fondly proclaim family values (as long as they are their own values) yet all I've seen since Bush has been in office are insults, slurs and foaming at the mouth. a year or so ago the Reverend Falwell was debating on MSNBC when he lost it and started calling people in opposition to his viewpoints "idiots."

From my vantage point they appear to be a rather unsavory self serving bunch whose only agenda is to create an atmosphere stifling criticism so as to make it a[[ear as if everyone is one board their agenda of social engineering.

my fiancee and I have two totally different wants for our wedding day - she wants just me and her, no one else, on a beach somewhere. I on the other hand am very close to my immediete family and cannot even begin to contemplate getting married without my mum and dad there and without my brother as my best man. The reasons behind her desire are based on a fear of her mother, who has a drink problem, causing a scene and ruining the day. Sober, her mother is a nice quiet demure lady, but with a drink in her turns into a very jealous, attention seeking woman. Beyond her mother, she has a slightly larger family unit whom she would feel obligated to invite. i've tried to reassure her that there is no way that her mum will ruin her wedding but my girl says she can't be stopped as she has done it so many times at family events when she hasn't been getting attention. Our parents never met and we both dread it as they are so different. anyone gone through something similar?

I'm 20 years old, and for almost 6 months now, I've been working out at the gym at least 5 days a week, doing 30 minutes of weights followed by 30 minutes of intense cardio (burning 500 cal during the cardio). I watch what I eat very carefully--I don't eat fast food, anything with white flour or sugar, and I probably drink once every few months. The only thing I treat myself with is a small bowl of plain vanilla ice cream 2 days a week or so. No matter how hard I try, I cannot lose these 15 pounds I've been trying to lose for ages. I have gained about 5 pounds in muscle (which is totally fine), but zero of the fat has come off.
I work so hard at the gym constantly, and always watch what I eat. I am so frustrated because I feel that all this work and effort is getting me no where and I just shouldn't even bother. What the hell am I doing wrong?

My wife & I have gotten hooked on Bollywood movies with their catchy dance numbers and heartistic themes. We are new to the genre and have a hard time telling the difference between the A-movies and the B-movies. For example, Dhadkan and Baghban were wonderful, but Bride & Prejudice was just so-so. Some others were downright horrible. What other good, high quality movies would you recommend?
