Shops catering for people who fish, using fishing rods, often have several kinds of scales, (used to measure everything from food and lures to fish.)
The scales for the smaller amounts might be sold in a office suppliers, as a high priced letter scales.

If you have a shop that specializes in outdoor nature exploring, (I think one chain is called something like Nature Discovered, I know it from France and England,) they might have it, or be able to order it for you.
