Hardware accelerated Direct3D 9+ is not available because the display driver does not support it?

You may be able to get a newer driver from the hardware manufacturer. . can i download an updated driver to solve this problem...found drivers at this website...

Nissan 200sx S14 1998 Keyless Entry Not Working?

the keyless entry does not seem to be working and am curious too why. could it be faulty remote? ive tried programming with same remote but i heard once u use the remote code it cannot be used again it is a unique code. any suggestions on how to resolve it
