Remotes get dropped and wet or the battery runs down. Nissan will be glad to sell you one for 90+ dollars. Sounds like you know the in and out 6 times and flashing turnsignals. I reccomend reprograming two remotes and having two sets of key remotes. A customer yesterday said her dog ate her remote and Sunday night her car unlocked and windows went down then the alarm went on and off all night. I reprogramed a new remote because her second remote was water dammaged. Her first remote might be out in a pile in her back yard.
