I have severe chapped/sore lips due to picking with them.....(I know, I shouldn't pick with them. It's a nervous habit). But I have stopped. Does anyone know what I can use to get them back to normal! I've used Blitex and sooooo many other lip balms.

it would be not elementary for everyone on Yahoo solutions to assert with any degree of actuality what it fairly is you have. it fairly is fairly useful to contemplate seeing a expert approximately this. My suggestion is to stay removed from lip balms containing camphor and phenol in view that those are harsh chemical ingredients which will basically irritate your situation. Vaseline isn't that super the two because of the fact it fairly is a petrol based product. one hundred% organic Cocoa Butter works properly. additionally, necessary oils like Lavender and Sandalwood are fairly super. they're for sure anti-bacterial. you purely would desire to combination them with aloe, a service oil or unscented cream in the past employing. you additionally can attempt the organic and organic lip balm ointments available in well being nutrition shops. Internally, Beta Carotene or Lysine supplements would probable be valuable. additionally, drink a lot of water.

Stop picking them, use whatever lip balms you can that help the pain. I love Blistex's advanced healing. Other than that - wait it out until the skin grows back.
